Godzilla is a fictional Japanese character originating from the country of Japan in Tokusatsu films of the same name in Japan. The character first appeared in Ishiro Honda film Godzilla in 1954.

It has also had to fight with human characters like JSDF as well as giant monsters from characters like King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla and others. Godzilla was known to be a cross between a gorilla and a whale because of its size, power, as well as aquatic origin. Godzilla’s name was also changed to Gigantic in 1955 that wanted to create a character that was different than Godzilla.

Godzilla is generally depicted as an enormous, violent, prehistoric sea monster awakened and empowered by nuclear radiation. His iconic design and character was conceived as a an amphibious reptilian monster based around the loose concept of a dinosaur with an erect standing posture, scaly skin, an anthropomorphic torso with muscular arms, spikes on its back and tail, and a furrowed brow. The basic feature of Godzilla is powerful and robust and various movies have also been created on this fictional character. His signature weapon is his hot and fuming breath, which is a nuclear blast that generates within his body and escapes from his jaws.
